The Role
In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes, creating strategic product roadmaps, and managing the full lifecycle of user stories within Agile environments. Beyond traditional analysis, you will design and execute test plans, document defects, and validate solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Success in this role demands strong collaboration across Business Analyst, QA, and Development teams. You will utilize tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Figma, and Visio to create clear workflows, diagrams, and supporting artifacts that drive project success.
