The Digital Products Configuration Management (DPCM) department, formerly known as Software Configuration Management (SWCM), provides innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement, and a skilled workforce. We support all digital products, which encompass a wide range of software types including embedded tactical software, applications, Built-in Test (BIT) software, simulation tools, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer to join our team onsite at the RTX Facility in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity, security, and traceability of digital products throughout the development lifecycle. You will facilitate Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs), manage development libraries, and lead the coordination of digital product releases. Your work ensures on-time delivery and strict configuration management execution within a complex digital development environment.

Hiring Process & Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Candidates must be able to obtain an interim Secret clearance on day one.
