About the Role
As the Technical Director of DevSecOps (Deputy to VP), you will drive and support the delivery of DevSecOps-focused work to the Federal market. Reporting to the DevSecOps Practice Lead in the Chief Technology Office, you will serve as a technical visionary, a hands-on coach to delivery, a mentor to up-and-coming technical leaders, and a corporate technical sales representative.
In this capacity, you will lead a team of software development and IT operations-focused technology professionals while providing strategic, architectural, and consultative skills to Steampunk clients. You will act as a senior thought leader, supporting large-scale projects and leading corporate sales, strategy, and delivery initiatives. Your day-to-day involves fostering innovative thinking regarding DevSecOps techniques, building strategic visions for clients, and handling challenging client situations with technical and business guidance. You will interface with Operations Directors and Program Managers to architect and deliver world-class solutions that increase organizational maturity across the spectrum of DevSecOps capabilities.
