Saguaro Aquatics is a Tucson-based organization entering its 19th year of providing high-quality swim instruction for students ranging from 6 months to adults. We operate two indoor aquatics facilities dedicated to fostering a positive, safety-focused environment where families can thrive.
About the Role
The Client Services Administrator serves as the vital first point of contact for our families, blending customer service, sales, and administrative support within a dynamic, team-oriented setting. You will play a key role in supporting enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations, ensuring every client receives a welcoming and professional experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and is committed to delivering exceptional service. We provide comprehensive, hands-on, side-by-side training supported by a detailed operations manual to ensure your success in this role.
