The Client Services Administrator serves as the vital first point of contact for our families, blending customer service, sales, and administrative support within a dynamic, team-oriented setting. You will play a key role in supporting enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations, ensuring every client receives a welcoming and professional experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and is committed to delivering exceptional service. We provide comprehensive, hands-on, side-by-side training supported by a detailed operations manual to ensure your success in this role.
