As the General Manager for Venmo, you will serve as the strategic leader for this portfolio, bridging the gap between Synchrony Financial's capabilities and the client's evolving needs. This role is designed to drive performance and growth by orchestrating the efforts of Client Development and cross-functional teams. You will be the primary architect of annual plans, ensuring that strategic initiatives are not only developed but effectively executed to meet key business objectives.
In this position, you will act as the face of Synchrony in negotiations and high-level discussions with the client. Your day-to-day involves managing the financial performance of the portfolio, overseeing client metrics, and ensuring that all operations adhere to strict compliance and regulatory standards. You will partner closely with client operations to drive training initiatives and manage gain-share incentives, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
Synchrony is committed to flexibility, offering a hybrid work model that allows you to work from home near one of our Hubs or from one of our offices. While the role offers remote flexibility, you are required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, including regular business meetings, training sessions, and culture events.
