As the General Manager for Venmo, you will serve as the strategic leader for this portfolio, bridging the gap between Synchrony Financial's capabilities and the client's evolving needs. This role exists to drive performance, foster growth, and ensure the seamless execution of business strategies within the credit card, fintech, and digital wallet landscape. You will not only manage the portfolio's financial health but also act as the primary representative of Synchrony's interests in high-stakes negotiations and strategic partnerships.
In this position, you will lead cross-functional client teams to deliver on key business objectives. Your day-to-day involves developing annual plans, coordinating activities with direct leadership, and driving initiatives that enhance client metrics and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for navigating complex portfolio dynamics, implementing training programs, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements while innovating to meet business goals.
