About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in bringing strategic, long-term clients into the fold and supporting the development of our sales strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in building the fabric of our growing team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help create our sales culture, strategy, processes, and playbook.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment where your competitive nature drives you to break new logos and meet quotas. Your day will involve leveraging existing relationships and building new ones, managing a robust deal pipeline through cold calling and partner channels, and acting as a quarterback to lead cross-functional teams. You will stay ahead of ServiceNow trends and evolving capabilities to influence prospects and guide them from qualification through contract signature.

Where You'll Work

We are a remote-first team, allowing you to do your best work from wherever you are happiest and most productive. While most of your day will be spent collaborating online, you may occasionally travel (up to 10%) to meet clients in person. We are currently open to candidates located in the Midwest: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
