About the Role
As a Counter Sales Representative, you serve as a key face-to-face contact for our customers, acting as the bridge between Graybar's extensive product catalog and the needs of walk-in shoppers. You will sell merchandise, manage will-call orders, and maintain the counter area. Known as product experts, you will continuously learn about the wide variety of products we offer to assist customers effectively.
This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be active in the warehouse, safely operating equipment and utilizing proper PPE while ensuring exemplary customer service. The position offers a predictable schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.
