About the Role
As a Grocery Department Partner, you play a vital role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our stores. You will ensure product levels are optimal and that all items meet strict quality control and food safety standards. Your day will involve keeping display racks fully stocked, rotating dated products, and ensuring the shopping environment remains clean, safe, and sanitary.
Beyond the shelves, you are the face of our customer service. You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with price checks, and handle exchanges or product location requests with a friendly, service-oriented attitude. You'll also actively promote sales through suggestive selling initiatives, helping to drive the success of the department while working collaboratively with fellow partners in a fast-paced retail environment.
