The Parts Wholesale Consultant serves as the primary liaison for wholesale accounts, bridging the gap between complex equipment needs and precise parts solutions. In this role, you will be the key contact for business clients, ensuring they receive accurate parts identification, timely order fulfillment, and a seamless purchasing experience. The position exists to drive customer loyalty by combining deep technical knowledge with exceptional service, helping wholesale partners keep their fleets and equipment running efficiently.
Your day will span both a climate-controlled office environment and a dynamic warehouse setting. You will interact directly with wholesale customers to diagnose equipment issues, interpret technical diagrams, and source the correct parts from inventory. Beyond order processing, you will manage the physical workflow of picking and preparing shipments, coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy. The role requires balancing fast-paced customer inquiries with the meticulous organization needed to maintain inventory records and handle warranty claims.
This position operates in a hybrid environment. The office setting is a hub for computer-based parts management, phone communication, and customer relationship building. The warehouse area is an active mechanical environment where you will navigate varying temperatures, dust, and fumes. The role demands physical capability, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as well as the stamina to stand and move frequently throughout an 8-hour shift.
Candidates are evaluated based on their practical experience in automotive or equipment parts centers and their ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The selection process focuses on verifying technical knowledge of parts systems and assessing interpersonal communication abilities suitable for a B2B setting.
We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
