About the Role
Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Company is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern and Central California. This field-based position is designed for a relationship-focused professional dedicated to expanding our portfolio of commercial truck, bus, and fleet accounts, with a specific emphasis on Freightliner, Western Star, and related brands.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, conducting regular onsite visits to assess needs and present tailored solutions. Your day-to-day involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting new business and developing strategic account plans to preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and monitoring margins. Success in this position requires close collaboration with inside sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries. You will also be responsible for tracking performance, preparing sales forecasts, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.
Beyond the metrics, you will represent our customer-focused, safety-minded culture, building long-term relationships that ensure our transportation customers stay safely on the road.
