About the Role
The Carrier Sales Representative II is a strategic role designed to develop and own relationships with a portfolio of carriers that support AIT's network of external and internal customers. You will be the primary point of contact for procuring capacity and building deep, long-term partnerships with carrier providers. Your mission is to optimize carrier needs within AIT's freight mix while ensuring performance, communication, and integrity are maintained at the highest standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a focus on building relationships with both internal and external customers.
