This remote-based position serves as a vital sales liaison between group administrators and Highmark's internal departments. You will partner with assigned Client Managers to maintain and grow existing business, ensuring positive account relationships are sustained. The role is specifically designed for professionals with experience in Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and self-funded clients within the health insurance space.
In this role, you will evaluate and implement processes to ensure account objectives are met. You will assist in preparing proposals, benefit design analyses, and sales collateral during the account renewal process. Your day-to-day involves analyzing operational business problems, resolving benefit and administrative issues, and recommending alternative solutions to drive change across the company. You will also function as the primary contact for resolving daily account service issues, supporting customers during contract implementation, and ensuring accurate service delivery alongside Sales Support Analysts.
