About the Role

This remote-based position serves as a strategic consultant for existing accounts, managing a book of business directly or through intermediaries. The role is specifically designed for professionals with experience in the health insurance space, particularly with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and self-funded clients.

As the primary Group contact, you will cultivate senior-level relationships with clients, consultants, and brokers to ensure the retention and growth of profitable business. Your day-to-day involves reviewing new products and capabilities with clients, developing tailored sales solutions that account for market competition and political shifts, and executing business plans to enhance profitability. You will also lead internal partners, such as Clinical and Analytics teams, to deliver comprehensive client strategies and advocate for customer satisfaction during contract implementation and beyond.

Hiring Process

Candidates are expected to hold a State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health, or be willing to obtain one within 45 days of hire. The role requires a willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time to various work sites.
