About the Role

We are seeking a BCBA in El Cajon to make a profound impact on the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will craft tailored ABA programs to meet the unique needs of each child, utilizing cutting-edge data collection software to track progress. You will work closely with families and fellow clinicians to ensure the highest quality of care, while leading and guiding Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional direct services.
