We are actively seeking a passionate, competitive, and coachable individual to join our team as an Orthopedic Medical Device Representative (Technology Consultant) in the Indiana/Greensburg area. As an Arthrex Technology Consultant, you will help fulfill Arthrex's mission of "Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better." You will support procedures in the operating room, provide technical expertise, and act as a trusted resource to orthopedic surgeons.
In addition to clinical support, you will engage in non-clinical sales development activities and contribute to the operational success of your territory. Our comprehensive training includes wet labs, anatomy, biomechanics, product design, and intraoperative problem-solving, preparing you for a long-term, successful career in medical device sales. You will have the unique opportunity to observe 400+ surgeries in your first year for unmatched hands-on training.
