About the Role
Our Supported Living Homes in Fort Wayne, IN, are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Manager. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the operation of Supported Living homes, ensuring a meaningful day for our clients. You will serve as a vital link between our residents, their families, and the broader community, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive with dignity and support.

- check_circleSupervise, train, and guide staff in compliance with state and federal regulations
- check_circleManage client budgets and ensure timely payment of bills
- check_circleCollaborate on developing client Individual Support Plans and Person-Centered Plans
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedTwo years experience working with individuals with mental disabilities
- verifiedMinimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred
- verifiedValid CPR and First Aid
- verifiedValid driver's license and auto insurance
- verifiedBackground check required
