About the Role
Our growing Dover, DE program is looking for driven and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP)! Our DSPs provide support by demonstrating positive behaviors and personalized activities that help individuals feel included and independent. This role is vital to our mission of fostering independence and community inclusion for individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.
Locations:
- Dover: Part time weekend openings only
- Milford: Full time + Part time openings available

- check_circleAdminister medications and follow physician orders concerning treatments
- check_circlePlan and participate in age-appropriate recreational and therapeutic activities
- check_circleSafely transport individuals as required and manage petty cash expenditures
- check_circleAssist with development and monitoring of behavior support plans and data collection
- check_circleProvide crisis de-escalation support and model positive behavioral supports
- check_circleReport suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation immediately to supervisors
- check_circleMonitor general well-being and communicate health issues to supervisors and nurses
