Our growing Dover, DE program is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, your knowledge and expertise as an RBT provide the ability to have a stronger grasp of positive behavior supports, data collection, and the implementation of Behavior Support Plans.
You will work as a vital part of an interdisciplinary team, responsible for training and teaching co-workers while modeling the basics of working with individuals with challenging behaviors. Your day-to-day impact involves assisting individuals in acquiring, retaining, or improving skills, ensuring their health and safety while pursuing community opportunities, and providing positive behavioral supports according to individual plans. You will also model positive behavioral supports, respond to emergency situations as trained, and assist agency staff with the development and monitoring of Behavior Support Plans.
