Summit Salon Academy is seeking enthusiastic and hospitable individuals to serve as part-time Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Receptionists. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role as the Academy grows.
You will be the face of the salon, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your day will involve managing all front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and leading tours. You will also drive revenue through service and retail sales, while maintaining office operations through inventory management, filing, data entry, and spreadsheet maintenance.
The ideal candidate brings a pleasant attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and possess excellent verbal communication and phone skills. Schedules are dynamic and may vary based on the Academy's needs, requiring flexibility across various days and times.
Hourly pay starts at $10–$11 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time status is defined as 37 hours per week, with part-time roles covering fewer hours.
