About the Role
As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. You are the heart of the property, adored by residents for your genuine sincerity and appreciation. Your primary mission is to make residents feel at home the moment they walk through the door.
A typical day involves warmly welcoming residents, monitoring the lobby, and handling incoming calls, requests, and deliveries. You will ensure smooth operations by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and guests. You will facilitate contractor arrivals, manage realtor visits, and advise residents on property rules. In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive by multitasking, staying detail-oriented, and maintaining a professional, welcoming demeanor in your supplied uniform.
