In this role, you serve as the face of the property, ensuring smooth operations by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents or guests. Your day involves facilitating contractor arrivals and departures, managing realtor and potential homebuyer visits, and ensuring deliveries are signed for and distributed efficiently. You will also advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations while promptly answering requests, phone calls, and concerns. We look for someone who enjoys interacting with residents and takes pride in looking sharp in their supplied uniform.
