In this part-time position, you will be the face of the community, working to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where working independently and maintaining a welcoming demeanor are essential.
Your day-to-day involves ensuring smooth operations by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents. You will serve as the first point of contact, managing deliveries, facilitating contractor and realtor visits, and promptly addressing resident requests, phone calls, and concerns. While maintaining a professional appearance in a supplied uniform, you will also guide residents and guests on property rules and regulations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.
