The Front Desk Agent is a pivotal member of the front desk team, serving as the first point of contact for guests. Your day involves delivering excellent customer service by handling phone inquiries with professionalism and resolving guest complaints with empathy. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby environment while providing up-to-date information about hotel services and local attractions. The position requires flexibility, with shift patterns including day, night, and rotating schedules to support our guests around the clock.
