As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences for some of the most beloved automobile brands in the world. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for service who are empowered to make decisions and think creatively to drive customer loyalty.
You will provide customized, effortless experiences by building relationships based on a deep understanding of customer needs, concerns, lifestyle, and preferences. Your day will involve owning the customer experience from start to finish, building rapport through authentic connection, and anticipating needs. You will act as a problem-solver, utilizing technology and product knowledge to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage billing concerns with speed and accuracy. Beyond daily interactions, you will actively listen to customers, partner with vendors for complex resolutions, and recommend changes to departmental policies to improve support services.
