The Provider Liaison Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for supporting and developing strong relationships with existing provider partners. You will work closely with Provider Account Managers to identify new business opportunities among existing customers and serve as a primary point of contact for customer service-related inquiries.
In this position, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the full customer experience and drive revenue growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering client-focused solutions. You will be the bridge between our medical facility partners and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
This is an in-person position based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, or Charlotte, NC. You will be working within a collaborative team environment that values strong verbal and written communication skills.
