About the Role
The Provider Liaison Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for supporting and developing strong relationships with existing provider partners. You will work closely with Provider Account Managers to identify new business opportunities among existing customers and serve as a primary point of contact for customer service-related inquiries.
In this position, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the full customer experience and drive revenue growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering client-focused solutions. You will be the bridge between our medical facility partners and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Work Environment
This is an in-person position based out of one of our offices located in Denver, CO, Las Vegas, NV, or Charlotte, NC. You will be working within a collaborative team environment that values strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMonitor and retrieve missing bills, records, and liens from facility partners
- check_circleReceive examination results from medical facilities and update system records
- check_circleUpdate contacts, addresses, modalities, and special instructions in the system
- check_circleDelegate and handle correspondence for internal and external parties
- check_circleSupport Account Managers and Provider Development Executives
- check_circleMaintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- check_circleCommunicate daily with medical facilities to verify exam completion and update system information
- check_circleNotify referring parties via email and phone regarding client scheduling details
