About the Role
We are seeking professional unarmed security officers for a contemporary residential tower located in one of Boston's premier downtown neighborhoods. This location is highly accessible via public transportation and conveniently situated near major MBTA lines.
As a Residential Access Control Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. Your day will involve managing access control, vetting visitors, and operating front desk duties while maintaining a polished and professional presence. You will monitor CCTV systems and conduct interior and exterior walking patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property.
Ideal candidates will be polished, dependable, and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a high-end residential environment with a strong focus on safety, hospitality, and professionalism.
Shifts and Availability
We are currently hiring for all shifts, including weekends. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with various start dates throughout June.
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
