About the Role
As a Security Officer at MBS, you play a crucial role in fostering a secure, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and guests. Serving as accessible resources, you will provide assistance in various situations, including crisis intervention and information dissemination. Your commitment to swift responses during emergencies makes you an integral team member dedicated to protecting the stadium's property, guests, and employees.
Your proactive stance involves engaging in preventive activities and actively contributing to overall building safety. You will continuously monitor and report physical security and safety conditions, conducting thorough foot patrols and executing comprehensive security checks throughout the entire property. From inspecting security equipment and monitoring external access points to managing visitor registration and operating CCTV systems, your vigilance ensures the facility remains secure against fire hazards, suspicious activities, and unauthorized access.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older with a high school education or GED. The selection process includes a medical examination, chemical and substance abuse testing, and a comprehensive background investigation required by AMBSE. Applicants must also complete an Individual Confidentiality Contract, Release of Information Statement, and Chemical Non-Abuse Statement. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a traditional security, military, or police role.
