Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will drive program objectives and ensure adherence to customer service level agreements while supporting survivors of natural disasters. The role demands a high degree of flexibility, as the FEMA team must remain available to assist those in need at all times.
This is a temporary, remote position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. You will work an eight-hour shift, five days a week, with availability spanning 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role.
To ensure seamless operations, candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with adequate power. A reliable internet connection is critical, requiring a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps. Connectivity must be established via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. Additionally, a smartphone is required to log into Maximus systems.
