Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in supporting survivors of natural disasters. The FEMA team is dedicated to being available to help those in need, which demands a high degree of flexibility and commitment from our staff.
As a supervisor, you will guide the workforce management team and workflow to ensure program objectives and customer service level agreements are met. Your day will involve creating and maintaining monitoring schedules, overseeing delegation to meet deadlines, and acting as a key resource for your team members. You will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support professional growth while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
This is a temporary position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required to cover any time between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.

For this remote position, Maximus will provide the necessary equipment. Candidates must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with an adequate power source. Technical requirements include a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps, connected via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable. A smartphone is also required to log into Maximus systems.
