Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in supporting survivors of natural disasters. The FEMA team operates with a mission to be available to those in need, requiring a workforce that is flexible, responsive, and dedicated to meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements.
This is a temporary position designed to maintain operational continuity during critical periods. You will serve as a resource for your team, offering role modeling, coaching, and mentoring to support their development and growth. The role involves managing workflow, monitoring call volumes, and ensuring that service levels are restored quickly during fluctuations in demand.
This is a fully remote position. To ensure security and performance, candidates must permanently reside in the Continental US and have a private, secure work area with a dedicated power source. A high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) via a Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable is required, along with a smartphone for system login. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role.
Due to the nature of disaster relief operations, flexibility is essential. The position requires an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with availability anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. As this role supports federal government operations, candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance.
