About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. This remote position is dedicated to supporting survivors of natural disasters through the FEMA team. The role exists to ensure program objectives and customer service level agreements are met with flexibility, reflecting the critical need to be available to help those in need.
As a supervisor, you will guide the workforce management team and workflow, acting as a resource for all team members. Your day will involve creating and maintaining monitoring schedules, overseeing delegation to meet deadlines, and providing coaching and mentoring to support professional growth. You will monitor call volume fluctuations to restore service levels quickly, analyze performance trends, and collaborate with operations supervisors to resolve staffing or scheduling issues.
Hiring Process & Application
This is a temporary position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. Applicants must be able to work an eight-hour shift, five days per week, between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role. Candidates must reside permanently in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) via Category 5 or 6 ethernet cable.
