Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to Workforce Analysts supporting survivors of natural disasters. This role is critical to the FEMA team's mission of being available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility and dedication.
As a temporary position, you will serve as a resource for your team, offering role modeling, coaching, and mentoring to support their development and growth. You will manage the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that workforce monitoring schedules cover all business hours and that service level agreements are met despite fluctuating call volumes.
This is a fully remote position. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for you to perform your duties. To ensure a secure and effective home office, you must reside permanently in the Continental US and maintain a private, secure work area with a Category 5 or 6 ethernet connection. A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity) and 5 Mbps upload speed is required, along with a smartphone for system login.
The role operates on an eight-hour shift, five days per week, with flexibility required to work anytime between 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Due to the nature of the contract, US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance are mandatory.
