About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. This position is critical to supporting survivors of natural disasters, where the FEMA team must remain available to help those in need. The role demands a high degree of flexibility to meet program objectives and customer service level agreements during times of crisis.
As a supervisor, you will guide the workforce management team through the complexities of disaster response. Your day will involve monitoring call volume fluctuations, adjusting schedules in real-time to restore service levels, and ensuring that the team has the resources and direction needed to operate efficiently. You will act as a key resource for your team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and role modeling to foster their professional growth while maintaining strict adherence to operational deadlines and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleGenerate forecasting and requirements for multiple skillsets and units of work
- check_circleAnalyze historical trends and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency
- check_circlePrepare individual and unit production reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases
- check_circleCommunicate with operations supervisors and vendors to resolve staffing and scheduling issues
- check_circleEvaluate subordinate job performance and recommend appropriate personnel actions
- check_circleProvide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to identify team development opportunities
- check_circleEnsure compliance with company policies including Wage & Hour regulations and break times
- check_circleMaintain scorecards and performance tracking for the workforce management team
