Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide frontline leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts supporting survivors of natural disasters. This role is critical to ensuring program objectives and customer service level agreements are met during times of crisis. The FEMA team strives to be available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility and dedication from its staff.
As a supervisor, you will guide the workforce management team through the complexities of disaster response. Your day will involve monitoring call volume fluctuations, adjusting schedules in real-time to restore service levels, and acting as a resource for your team members. You will foster a culture of growth by providing coaching, mentoring, and identifying development opportunities while ensuring the team meets strict deadlines for reports and deliverables.
This is a temporary, remote position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance. The role demands availability for an eight-hour shift, five days per week, within the hours of 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this position.
Candidates must meet specific home office requirements, including a private and secure work area, a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (50 Mbps for shared connectivity), and a smartphone for system login. Applicants must permanently reside in the Continental US.
