About the Role

Maximus is seeking a Workforce Services Supervisor to provide front-line leadership to a team of Workforce Analysts. In this capacity, you will play a critical role in supporting survivors of natural disasters. The FEMA team is dedicated to being available to help those in need, which demands a high degree of flexibility and commitment from our staff.

This is a temporary position designed to meet specific program objectives and customer service level agreements. You will serve as a resource for your team, offering role modeling, coaching, and mentoring to foster their development and growth. Your day-to-day involves monitoring call volumes, adjusting schedules in real-time to restore service levels, and analyzing performance trends to ensure the team meets its goals.
