Supervisor, Warehouse Operations

About the Role

The Supervisor of Warehouse Operations serves as the operational anchor for our logistics functions, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day warehouse activities and strategic projects. Reporting to the Manager or Director of Warehouse Operations, this role is critical for maintaining high throughput, safety compliance, and quality standards across both our warehouse facilities and event venues.

You will lead the inbound and outbound functions, overseeing a team dedicated to fleet management, asset coordination, and inventory control. The position requires a balance of operational rigor and people leadership, focusing on developing team members, driving process improvements, and upholding PSAV's core values. Whether managing a busy warehouse floor or coordinating logistics at an event venue, you will ensure that all operations align with business needs and customer expectations.

Work Environment

This role offers a dynamic work environment that spans both warehouse settings and event venues. In the warehouse, you will work in conditions that may include exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, sand, or dust, with noise levels varying from moderately quiet to noisy. You will interact with high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components.

The position also involves office-based work and travel to individual venues or city-wide representations. Team members must adhere to specific appearance guidelines defined by PSAV in all settings. Due to the nature of event logistics, working hours may include irregular schedules, on-call status, and availability during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
