About the Role

As an Associate II in Warehouse Operations, you will be a vital part of our Inbound and Outbound activities, working under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to learn the intricacies of logistics and material handling.

Your day-to-day involves processing orders through established Standard Operating Procedures, which includes picking, quality control, sorting, and preparing freight for shipment. You will utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and various material handling equipment to move products efficiently. Beyond the core tasks, you will be expected to cross-train in multiple warehouse areas, participate in ongoing projects, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

Work Schedule & Expectations

This position operates on a Sunday through Thursday schedule, typically from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, or until the work is complete. The role requires flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet customer needs, often with little to no advance notice. Success in this role demands the ability to adapt to changing priorities, work both independently and as part of a team, and maintain high performance standards in a physically active environment.
