About the Role
The Procurement Manager serves as the strategic leader for our oilfield and fleet purchasing activities. This role exists to ensure that all equipment, parts, and services are sourced reliably, cost-effectively, and on time to support our field operations. You will oversee vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations, and manage day-to-day procurement execution while balancing cost control and risk management.
In this position, you will ensure that all procurement activities align with company budgets, policies, and operational demands across the full procure-to-pay process. You will supervise a Procurement Specialist, providing training, feedback, and oversight to ensure high-quality work product and compliance. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with internal teams to forecast demand, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and resolving supply issues or delivery delays to keep operations running smoothly.
