About the Role
The Manager of Supply Chain serves as the strategic leader for all supply management activities at MedPharm Manufacturing Services. This role is designed to position the supply chain as a robust, collaborative partner within a cross-functional organization. The incumbent will proactively build and maintain relationships across MedPharm and with third-party partners, ensuring that the department functions as a cohesive unit supporting the company's broader mission.
The ideal candidate will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, processes, and control systems that support Supply Chain functions. A key focus is ensuring strict compliance with Quality Systems and MedPharm Values while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This leader acts as the bridge between executive strategy and operational execution, ensuring that materials are planned, ordered, and manufactured to meet both company and client timelines with precision.
As a companywide Supply Chain subject matter expert (SME), this role involves navigating regulatory inspections and serving as a liaison between department management, subordinate levels, and executive leadership. The position requires a critical thinker who can set direction within the larger context of the business, effectively mitigating supply and service risks through robust metrics, controls, and strategic inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleOversee sourcing, demand planning, production planning, and inventory control activities

- check_circleCollaborate across Manufacturing Operations, Finance, and Quality to ensure business continuity

- check_circleLead all supply chain planning, project scheduling, and forecast maintenance
Requirements
- verifiedMBA degree in business or related field and 8+ years pharmaceutical Supply Chain experience
- verifiedBS degree in Business, Engineering, Science or Accounting with 10+ pharmaceutical Supply Chain experience
- verifiedKnowledge of ERP system implementation, warehousing, receiving, storage, purchasing and transportation
- verifiedExperience with NetSuite, SmartSheet and SAP
Nice to Have
Experience in the US generic pharmaceutical industry and/or CDMO. Experience with NetSuite, SmartSheet, and SAP.
