About the Role
The Manager of Supply Chain serves as a strategic partner within MedPharm's cross-functional organization, leading all supply management activities for MedPharm Manufacturing Services. This role exists to ensure the supply chain operates as a robust engine for business continuity, proactively building collaborative relationships across internal teams and third-party partners.
In this position, you will act as the central liaison between department management, executive leadership, and subordinate levels. Your day-to-day involves maintaining accurate forecasts and timelines through routine meetings with department leads, ensuring materials are planned, ordered, and manufactured to meet both company and client deadlines. You will serve as a companywide subject matter expert on supply chain matters, including regulatory inspections, while driving the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The ideal candidate will not only maintain high standards of operations but also develop and implement the policies, processes, and control systems necessary to support Supply Chain functions. You will be responsible for mitigating supply and service risks through robust metrics, controls, and strategic inventory planning, ensuring full compliance with Quality Systems and MedPharm Values.
