About the Role
The Inbound Logistics Supervisor will lead our centralized inbound appointing team, serving as a key member of our Supply Chain and Logistics leadership. This role is critical for ensuring optimal inbound flow to our facilities through close coordination across Branches, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, 3PL providers, carriers, and technology partners.
You will be the driving force behind efficient freight exception management and the resolution of issue escalations to meet customer and vendor requirements. Your day will involve developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting weekly staffing reviews with internal operations teams, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. By analyzing inbound programs and monitoring day-to-day volume fluctuations alongside supply planning, you will help maintain operational excellence while supporting merchandising analysis and new customer initiatives.

Requirements
