About the Role
As a Senior Production Planning Analyst, you will support end-to-end supply chain and planning operations through project execution, data management, and reporting. This role is critical for maintaining the visibility of demand, supply, inventory, and capacity through the management of planning tools and dashboards. You will play a key part in enabling the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing analyses, supporting planning cycles, and providing insights that inform decision-making and align stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport end-to-end planning processes through regular reporting, data validation, and system maintenance
- check_circleGenerate and analyze routine reports including trend analysis and stakeholder communication
- check_circleCreate and maintain dashboards to ensure accurate visibility into inventory, supply, and performance metrics
- check_circleManage and update key planning systems, master data, and analytical tools
- check_circleMaintain capacity and performance dashboards to highlight constraints and utilization
- check_circleDevelop inputs for leadership reporting providing insights into supply, demand, and inventory trends
- check_circleTrack and report key risk indicators to support visibility and mitigation efforts
- check_circleLead project development and execution by preparing plans, schedules, and financial impact analyses
- check_circleProvide ad-hoc analytics support to the production planning team
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verified4+ years of experience in supply chain related roles
- verifiedOnsite work in Columbus, OH required
Nice to Have
Data Analytics, Business, Management, Science or Engineering disciplines. Advanced data analytics experience with SQL, Databricks, PowerBI, Alyterx, or similar platforms. Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
