About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leader responsible for the operations of the entire or a significant portion of the pharmacy inventory department. You will provide specialized expertise in inventory management principles, interpreting and executing departmental policies while developing and implementing robust inventory management strategies. The role requires a blend of tactical and operational planning, alongside direct budgetary responsibility.
In this capacity, you will manage day-to-day activities for a group of employees, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Your focus will be on developing and mentoring staff through onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure the team is appropriately staffed with the required competencies. You will drive innovation by outlining specific objectives and processes designed to generate solutions to complex business problems, ensuring that departmental expenditures are controlled against the expense budget.

Requirements
