About the Role

The Director of Supply Chain Management serves as a strategic leader overseeing all procurement activities for supplies and equipment. This role is pivotal in managing inventory, vendor credentialing, contract negotiations, new product introductions, and capital acquisitions. A core component of the position involves facilitating the organization's active participation in the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and the Northeast Purchasing Collation (NPC).

Beyond operational oversight, the Director is accountable for driving organizational and departmental targets. This includes leading initiatives in cost management, supplier diversity, and revenue enhancement. The role ensures strict compliance with all organization, state, federal, and local regulatory laws, standards, and protocols while maintaining accurate cost management and expense control.
