The Workday team at PACS is a key driver of operational excellence within a large, complex healthcare organization. As we rapidly grow and revolutionize our approach to leadership and quality care, this team bridges the gap between Workday's native functionality and the unique needs of our patients and residents. Guided by our core values of love, excellence, trust, accountability, mutual respect, and commitment, we foster a culture of compassionate care that extends to our internal teams and the communities we serve.
The Workday Extend & Integrations Developer is a hands-on architect of our internal ecosystem. You will design, build, and maintain custom applications that automate critical business processes across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations. This role is not just about coding; it is about translating complex operational requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that directly impact the care of thousands of patients.
In this position, you will own the design and management of integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability. You will partner with functional leads and business stakeholders to identify process improvements, participate in release cycle reviews, and provide technical mentorship to junior team members. You will work within an Agile framework to deliver mission-critical platforms that shape the future of healthcare.
At PACS, you will own a platform that directly impacts the lives of those we serve. We believe our employees are our greatest asset, offering a workplace that truly values you. Beyond the technical challenges, you will join a team dedicated to creating real change and fostering a culture of excellence.
If you are ready to make a difference and embrace our mission, we invite you to apply. We look for candidates who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and design solutions that are both technically sound and operationally practical.
