About the Role
As a Forecast Analyst, you will take ownership of forecasting a complex product portfolio, driving the ongoing development of our Demand Planning capabilities. This role is more than just forecast creation; it requires strong analytical insight to interpret trends, detect risks and opportunities proactively, and steer decisions using data.
You will own and continuously improve the monthly forecast of customer demand by SKU and distribution center for the next 18 months. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning, you will turn complex and often incomplete data into actionable business insights using advanced planning tools. These insights directly affect procurement, production planning, distribution, and financial results.
In this fast-paced environment, you will act as a key business partner, actively questioning assumptions and finding opportunities to improve forecasting processes. You will ensure forecast accuracy to optimize service levels, inventory, and financial outcomes while balancing incomplete information with sound business judgment.

- check_circleBuild reporting and analytical tools using Power BI to support forecast improvements and operational decision making
- check_circleAnalyze forecast variances, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions considering inventory impacts
- check_circlePartner with manufacturing, operations, and procurement teams to communicate forecast changes and mitigate risk
- check_circleOwn the end-to-end demand plan for assigned customers and categories while leading monthly forecast review cycles
- check_circleGuide planning conversations to incorporate product launches, promotions, and market intelligence into the demand plan
- check_circleTranslate complex analytical concepts into clear business narratives to enable joint decision-making with stakeholders
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verifiedMinimum 5 years' experience in Demand Planning / Forecasting
- verifiedStrong grasp of statistical forecasting concepts
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and analytical reporting tools
- verifiedPower Query and DAX experience preferred
- verifiedProfessional certifications in forecasting, supply chain, or continuous improvement preferred
Nice to Have
Preferred focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. Power Query and DAX experience. Professional certifications in forecasting, supply chain, or continuous improvement (e.g., IBF CPF/ACPF, ASCM/APICS CPIM or CSCP, Lean Six Sigma).
