Schneider Electric is leading a business-driven, digitally enabled transformation to strengthen North American operations. This initiative goes beyond simple technology upgrades; it is about creating smarter, more efficient workflows that empower teams and elevate customer experiences. Through strategic investment in modernizing operating systems, our people are setting the pace for this transformation, energized by the continued growth and innovation it brings to the region.
We are looking for IMPACT Makers—exceptional people who turn sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization. As a global leader with €36 billion in revenue and over 150,000 employees in 100+ countries, we are committed to championing inclusivity and ensuring all employees feel uniquely valued and safe to contribute their best.
As a Senior Business Analyst for SC Planning (Upstream/Downstream), you will join a fast-paced team dedicated to redefining the way of working across North America. You will serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future-state ERP systems while leading the identification of business requirements and the development of customer story backlogs for SAP.
In this role, you will translate stakeholder needs into system and process requirements, creating and validating End-to-End Process Flows for manufacturing plants. You will be accountable for site readiness, including planning, support, audits, and training, while holding Key Users and Data Owners accountable for meeting project deliverables. The position requires a strong understanding of current Supply Chain Planning processes, the ability to manage the transfer of SAP knowledge to local teams, and the capacity to lead stakeholder workshops and solution testing.
You will thrive in an environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities, requiring decisive decision-making. The role involves managing and collaborating remotely, often working outside standard hours across time zones to meet project needs. It is an opportunity to travel, network across the business, and shape a future of speed, efficiency, and innovation.
To be considered for this position, you must submit an online application. This posting will remain open until the role is filled. We look forward to learning about your experience and how you can contribute to our mission.
