The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional responsible for leading and supporting the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. This role acts as a critical bridge between functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth.
You will be accountable for leading and executing application design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional applications, while ensuring end-to-end integration and adherence to governance standards across the systems landscape. Operating with minimal supervision, you will guide and mentor more junior team members, performing and overseeing testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing production support to ensure stable, high-quality, and timely delivery of solutions.

Solid hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno-functional capacity, deep knowledge of one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance, etc.), experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting (e.g., ABAP for SAP), and experience with data migration strategies and large-scale data transfers including ETL processes.
