About the Role

This position serves as a critical link between our sales operations and financial compliance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of order entry, change orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition for both Sales and Service divisions. The role exists to ensure financial accuracy, maintain strict adherence to CMSU policies, and drive efficiency in our billing processes.

In this fast-paced environment, you will work with minimal supervision to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex booking and billing issues. Your day will involve converting approved quotes into Oracle orders, verifying financial accuracy, and managing customer documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service management and Field Service Engineers, to troubleshoot sales order issues, audit closed service requests, and minimize concessions to strengthen overall service billings. Strong judgment and analytical skills are essential as you handle high volumes of work and escalate only the most complex challenges to senior staff.
